About CannaHealth

CannaHealth and its initial mission was to provide well-balanced medicine for users that were dealing with various health issues that are well documented to help with issues that involve, pain, PTSD, and mental health conditions, along with a vast array of well-documented conditions. To achieve this mission we needed to have the correct products and/or the right strains to fulfill our goal. We initially operated by importing an amazing product line of water-soluble CBD products from the States. However, we soon discovered the volatility of the importation of products still deemed a grey area of legal uncertainty. We then partnered with a local cGMP facility to produce locally bottled CBD products, but this line was not sufficient enough to have lasting and effective outcomes for our clients and patients. It did however fall in line with the legal parameters of the country.

We decided to go straight into our cannabis breeding program as a means to fulfill our mission. Dean, the owner of Cannahealth brought out the seeds from his 20 years of growing and breeding and began matching these up with some of the newer strains in the market, with the idea to find well-balanced and ratio-specific strains, leaning into more CBD-dominant flowers. Our firstborn was Telyla and she had an almost 1:1 ratio profile that we loved. The effects were amazing and the plant was a big yielder which ticked all the boxes. We used her pollen to breed a range of new R1 phenotypes of similar ratios we wanted to achieve for our mission. After the 2020 COVID turmoil hit, many of us were wondering which way now, so we carried on crossing and breeding a few lines that we wanted to experiment with and introduce. We have over the years found a few amazing strains we keep in rotation for our clients and those social clubs needing well-balanced CBD and hybrid strains.

We breed our strains and have since last year created our own social platform for our private members to try, test, and experiment with our strains. We currently feel comfortable in this space, while we wait for the rules and laws to be in our favour, until then – we are breeding, growing, and testing, so that our clients receive tasty, flavourful, and effective flowers for medication
